Your Rights and Obligations on Our Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8fbd" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 8fbd online gaming platform accessible at 8fbd.io and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8fbd platform in any capacity.

• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements, which are tracked separately from real-money funds and are not directly withdrawable until wagering conditions are satisfied.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total BDT value of bets a Player must place using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real-money funds as specified in the applicable promotion) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" — any third-party software company whose games are offered on the 8fbd platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players accessing 8fbd from a Prohibited Territory do so at their own legal risk.

Any Account found to be held by, or accessible to, a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed without notice, and any balance associated with that account will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold exactly one Account on 8fbd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different payment methods, or through other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited at 8fbd's discretion.

Registration Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 8fbd reserves the right to verify any registration information at any time and to suspend or close an Account where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Verification (KYC): 8fbd may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes. KYC verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 8fbd may result in Account suspension.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity).
• You must not already hold an existing 8fbd Account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether placed by yourself on 8fbd or by an external responsible gaming authority.

Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8fbd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 8fbd will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately to [email protected].

Account Activity: All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions carried out through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether those actions were performed by you personally. If you become aware of, or suspect, unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 8fbd immediately via live chat or email. 8fbd will take reasonable steps to secure the Account but cannot reverse bets or transactions that were settled prior to notification.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 8fbd customer support. Before closing your Account, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure at your request.

8fbd's Right to Suspend or Close: 8fbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where 8fbd determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the Account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Accepted Payment Methods: 8fbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT. 8fbd does not apply currency conversion charges on standard transactions.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on 8fbd is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be subject to daily or weekly limits as displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 8fbd Account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the banking institution's processing times. 8fbd is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed by 8fbd within an average of 15 minutes of the request being submitted, provided KYC verification is complete. Rocket and Upay withdrawals average under 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one to three hours. All withdrawal requests are processed continuously, 24 hours a day, seven days a week — requests are not batched or held for overnight processing.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered to and verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 8fbd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

8fbd offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the matter directly addressed, and these general Terms & Conditions govern all other matters.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and contribution rates are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type — for example, live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.

Bonus Expiry: All bonus offers carry an expiry period, typically expressed as a number of days from the date the bonus is credited to your Account. Bonus funds and any associated pending winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited. The expiry period for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer terms.

Bonus Abuse: 8fbd actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to withdrawal of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may be subject to Account suspension.

No Retroactive Changes: 8fbd does not modify the wagering requirements, eligible game list, or expiry period of a bonus after it has been credited to a Player's Account. Changes to promotion terms apply only to future promotions, not to bonuses already credited.

Game Rules: Each game available on 8fbd is governed by the rules of that specific game as determined by the relevant Game Provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, RTP (Return to Player) rates, and volatility levels of games before wagering real money. Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, software fault, or any other technical issue that affects the outcome or display of a game, 8fbd reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. 8fbd is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wager for the affected round.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on 8fbd are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed in the sportsbook section. Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes ICC, BCB, BCCI, and the relevant tournament authority as appropriate. In-play bets accepted after the outcome of a market has been determined due to a data feed delay will be voided and the stake returned.

Maximum Winnings: 8fbd applies maximum win limits per bet and per day across all game categories. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or sportsbook section. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit. This rule applies to all games including jackpot slots — the maximum single payout on any individual bet on 8fbd is ৳5,000,000 unless a specific game or promotion states otherwise.

Bet Acceptance: 8fbd reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after a market has closed, bets placed in error, or bets that 8fbd determines were made in circumstances constituting an unfair advantage. This does not affect bets placed in good faith in the normal course of play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8fbd platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance directly associated with the prohibited activity, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Creating more than one Account, or assisting another person to create an Account to circumvent restrictions applied to an existing Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 8fbd.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with 8fbd games or the sportsbook in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in table games, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting known or suspected software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the 8fbd platform or in any Game Provider's software to generate winnings not intended by the game design. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Using the 8fbd platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. 8fbd complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, accepting payments from another person for the purpose of placing bets in your Account, or operating any form of betting agency or syndicate through your 8fbd Account.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location.
• Engaging in any form of aggressive, abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards 8fbd customer support staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's Account without authorisation.

All content on the 8fbd platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, text content, game interfaces, software, and the 8fbd brand name and mark — is the intellectual property of 8fbd or its licensors (including Game Providers) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8fbd platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any 8fbd content without explicit prior written permission from 8fbd.

8fbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 8fbd platform, even if 8fbd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

8fbd is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government actions, internet service provider outages, third-party payment processor failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, 8fbd will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and will communicate estimated recovery timelines via the platform's status notification system.

8fbd is not liable for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party Game Provider software. Where a Game Provider's technical fault results in an incorrect game outcome, 8fbd's liability is limited to voiding the affected round and returning the wagered stake to the Player's Account balance.

8fbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8fbd will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently to comply with applicable law or to address an immediate security or integrity concern, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 8fbd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure, including withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance, before the updated terms take effect.

Dispute Process: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through customer support, Players may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". 8fbd will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
